From early noon, till late at night, our cocktail bar is an integral part of the whole experience of our customers.

All of our spirits are first class and we provide a vast variety of Greek and International spirits. There is also a big variety of Gin, Rum & Tequila brands.

Our skillful bartenders, with knowledge of modern techniques, create inspired classic & signature cocktails.

The ingredients we use are made from Greek products like strawberries & herbs that are cultivated in our garden.

The fruit purees are made from our bartenders with fruits matured at the right season.

It is well worth to try some of our creative signature cocktail like the Walking Dead (with pineapple puree,spices & 4 different rum) the Pink Fizz (gin based, with rosemary cordial, grapefruit soda), the Aegean Breeze (vodka based, fresh lemon, Aegean tonic water).
