RECIPES WITH A CHARACTER
Some of our most well known recipes that marked our menu are: Handmade pasta from Heraklion, shrimp Orzotto, Matured Naxian Rib-Eye, slow cooked Naxian lamb with rosemary, “sofrito” pork tenderloin.
